Storefront: typically 1-story tall, lighter framing, often non-thermally broken. Curtain wall: multi-story, thermally broken, hangs off the structure. Different price tiers ($60-100/sf storefront, $80-150/sf curtain wall).
What's the spandrel? +
The opaque section between floors that hides the slab edge, MEP, and structure. Usually back-painted glass or insulated metal panel.
