FAQ
Realistic foam loss? +
Properly poured drafts lose 5-10% to head/foam. Newer or untrained bartenders lose 15-25%. Track inventory variance against this number to spot waste/theft.
Why is a "pint" 16 oz? +
US pint glasses are 16 oz total but typically poured to about 14 oz of beer + 2 oz head. UK pint is 20 oz / 568 ml.
