Industry standard targets: Liquor 18-22%, Beer 22-28%, Wine 30-35%. Blended bar pour cost shouldn't exceed 25%.
My pour cost is 30%+? +
Three usual suspects: (1) over-pouring (use jiggers or pour spouts), (2) under-charging (price up by $1-2 per drink), (3) high-end spirits at low markup (premium = lower %, that's normal).
