        Best pasta shape for pasta salad? +
        Rotini, penne, fusilli, and shells hold dressing in their ridges and pockets — they're the classics. Spaghetti and linguine are terrible (no surface for dressing). Tortellini is great when you want substance with less mix-ins.
        How long does pasta salad keep? +
