FAQ
Why a sloped pre-slope? +
Water that gets through the tile drains over the waterproof membrane toward the weep holes. Without slope, it pools and rots out the framing.
Pre-mixed deck mud bags? +
Quikrete and Sakrete sell pre-blended deck mud. A bit more expensive than mixing your own but no ratio guessing.
